St Laurence O'Toole Catholic Social Care Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Crosscare, is a Dublin-based charitable organisation dedicated to supporting people and families when life's challenges become overwhelming. With a focus on those who struggle to find help elsewhere, Crosscare delivers a range of specialist services designed to promote stability, dignity and long-term wellbeing.

The charity runs seven high-quality homeless services, offering housing and welfare support to individuals with complex needs, and operates a vibrant youth programme for 10- to 24-year-olds that includes youth clubs, summer alcohol-free activities and targeted assistance for problem gambling and gaming. Its Refugees, Migrants & Emigrants Information & Advocacy Service provides vital guidance and advocacy for vulnerable migrants, asylum seekers, Irish emigrants and low-income households. In addition, Crosscare tackles food poverty through emergency food provision and the Portland Café, a welcoming community space serving affordable, healthy meals.
