The Irish Mixed Martial Arts Association (IMMAA) is the national body dedicated to organising and developing amateur mixed-martial-arts across the island of Ireland. Founded in 2015 as the Irish Amateur Pankration Association, IMMAA now governs the sport in all 32 counties, while respecting the Good Friday Agreement by allowing athletes to represent Northern Ireland if they wish. Affiliated to the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF), the association follows its rules and safety standards, ensuring fair and medically supervised competition for participants of every age and ability.

IMMAA delivers a full programme of squad sessions and sanctioned events, ranging from youth-focused training camps to adult "Road to World" tournaments. Its athletes have enjoyed a strong record on the international stage, securing nine gold, eleven silver and thirteen bronze medals at European and World Championships, and achieving the world-leading #1 ranking for youth MMA in 2019. Through its vision of holistic athlete development-mind, body and spirit-IMMAA promotes wellness, life-skills and the highest safety standards, while its mission remains to grow and nurture amateur MMA throughout Ireland.
