ANOINTING FIRE CATHOLIC MINISTRY

Anointing Fire Catholic Ministries (AFCM) is a charismatic evangelisation community that unites priests, nuns and lay missionaries in a shared mission to renew souls across the globe. Rooted in the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the organisation acts as a “torchbearer” for the Gospel, reaching millions through a blend of worship events, spiritual retreats, online programmes and a vibrant social‑media presence. Its network of thousands of missionaries spans continents, with dedicated branches in the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, India, Pakistan, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Spain, Bulgaria and beyond.

In Ireland, AFCM coordinates regular liturgical gatherings such as the recent “Bethsaida Abhisheka Dhyanam” retreat, and produces multimedia resources—including a promotional video unveiled at the International Convention in July 2020—to inspire and equip the faithful. Guided by Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan of Waterford and Lismore and founded by Rev. Fr. Xavier Khan Vattayil, the ministry serves anyone seeking a deeper encounter with Christ, offering charismatic worship, formation programmes and missionary outreach for the greater glory of God.
