BIKE MARSHALS IRELAND

Bike Marshals Ireland is a volunteer-run organisation that supplies RoSPA-qualified motorcycle marshals to sporting, social and charity events held on public roads throughout the island. Drawing on a nationwide network of experienced riders, the group works hand-in-hand with event organisers to improve planning, communications and traffic management, ensuring the safety of participants, fellow marshals and the public.

The core service is the provision of fully trained marshals who patrol routes, direct traffic and respond to incidents. Bike Marshals Ireland also offers specialised training through its MarshalCRAFT handbook and practical sessions held in locations such as Ennis, Oranmore, Portlaoise, Swords, Clonmel and Mallow, culminating in an independent assessment and the award of M-CRAFT certificates. In addition, members receive Emergency Response Skills training via "First Bike On Scene", and the organisation supports the Blood Bike charity network, providing a sustainable revenue stream for those lifesaving groups.

With over a decade of experience since its 2015 launch and more than 100 events supported in 2025 alone, Bike Marshals Ireland delivers professional, community-focused road-safety solutions for events of any size across Ireland.
