The Music Publishers Association of Ireland (MPAI) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interests of Ireland's music publishing community and the songwriters and composers signed to those publishers, both domestically and abroad. Acting as the authoritative voice for Irish music publishers, MPAI works to raise the profile of the sector, advocate for robust copyright protection and the rights of its members, and deliver up-to-date information and training.

Through close collaboration with the UK Music Publishers Association, IMRO and the International Confederation of Music Publishers, MPAI provides its members with access to industry-relevant training events, legislative updates and commercial insights. The association also plays an active role in international lobbying, ensuring that Irish publishers have a strong presence on the global stage and within the Irish legislative agenda.
