Drawing on a 120‑year‑old recipe, the company transforms time‑honoured methods into award‑winning, ready‑to‑cook puddings that are now enjoyed across Ireland, the United Kingdom and the EU.

The core range comprises richly spiced black pudding, made with pork blood, fat and oatmeal for a deep, savoury flavour, and its counterpart white pudding, which swaps the blood for a blend of pork fat, barley, onions and herbs.
