Solatrex International Limited, trading as Calcul, is a Shannon-based watch company that serves the Irish market as the official distributor of Citizen watches. In this role Solatrex manages the brand's marketing across Ireland, supplies Citizen timepieces through an extensive network of retail partners and operates the dedicated Citizen service centre, ensuring owners receive prompt after-sales support.

In addition to Citizen, Solatrex owns the Telstar brand, a long-standing name in Irish watchmaking that began with LED models in the 1970s and has evolved through LCD to modern quartz technology. Telstar offers a wide range of affordable quartz watches for children and adults, priced between €20 and €180, and is distributed, promoted and serviced throughout Ireland while also being exported to other European markets.

With roots dating back to 1974 in electronic calculators and early electronic watches, Solatrex has built a reputation for reliable time-keeping solutions and a strong retail presence, catering to both everyday consumers and jewellery retailers nationwide.
