A LUST FOR LIFE

A Lust For Life is an Irish youth mental-health charity dedicated to empowering and educating young people through early, preventative programmes. Its flagship offering is a ten-week, teacher-led school programme that builds resilience, wellbeing and emotional literacy for pupils from Junior Infants to 6th class. To date the charity has delivered the programme in 1,691 primary schools, reaching over 229,000 children and more than 7,200 classrooms - roughly half of all primary schools in the country.

In addition to the school programme, A Lust For Life runs a Parenting Podcast that provides supportive, compassionate conversations for families, and it encourages community involvement through its "Rise Up" fundraising campaigns. By inviting individuals, schools and workplaces to organise events or personal challenges, the charity channels donations into expanding its preventative mental-health education across Ireland, ensuring that every child has the resources to recognise and manage their emotions in an ever-changing world.
