Both brands focus on centrally‑located sites (100‑400 keys) close to transport, and are developed under Class C1 hotel use planning.

Backed by a range of institutional investors, Staycity is expanding rapidly, with new openings planned for London, Munich, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, Cambridge and Nuremberg.
