Fionnathan Productions Company Limited By Guarantee is a non-profit social enterprise that creates "great lives" for everyone, with a particular focus on young adults with Down syndrome. Through its flagship Abundance programme the organisation delivers the Creative Approaches to Practical Community Advocacy (CAPCA) course - a blend of citizenship training, entrepreneurship skills and community-leadership experience - enabling participants to move beyond traditional employment models and become recognised economic contributors.

The team, a father-and-son duo, also produces films, music, live presentations and visual-arts projects that celebrate ability and challenge stereotypes. Their work includes speaking engagements, media productions, and a curated list of films featuring actors with Down syndrome. In addition, Fionnathan offers volunteer placements, collaborative business opportunities and a range of creative services for individuals and organisations that share their social-justice ethos.

While the initiative is recruiting twosomes primarily in the Galway area, it welcomes applications from across Ireland and operates projects on a national, EU and international scale. By combining artistic expression with practical advocacy, Fionnathan Productions is building inclusive communities and empowering people to enjoy a truly great life.
