CAMINO SOCIETY IRELAND COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Camino Society Ireland CLG is a voluntary, non-profit organisation founded in 1992 by returned pilgrims who wanted to give back to the historic Camino de Santiago. Based in Dublin, the Society runs a dedicated Camino Information Centre within St James Church, offering independent, practical guidance to anyone planning to walk the pilgrimage routes.

The Society's core services include issuing the only Official Irish Pilgrim Passport, organising Practical Information Days for prospective walkers, and hosting a calendar of events for members throughout the year. It also promotes a deeper appreciation of the Camino's history, art, architecture and music, welcoming participants from across the island of Ireland regardless of background or belief.

Membership provides regular updates, access to Society-run activities and an exclusive discount of up to 15 % in selected outdoor retailers. Through these initiatives, Camino Society Ireland helps pilgrims of all experience levels prepare confidently for their journey on the Camino de Santiago.
