Company Description
The Senior Civil Service Association is a non-unionised staff association that champions the interests of senior civil servants in Ireland. It represents members drawn from the Assistant Secretary (and equivalent) and Deputy Secretary (and equivalent) grades of the Irish civil service, offering a dedicated voice on matters that affect their professional lives.
Membership is open to all serving officials at these grades, with retired colleagues welcomed as Associate Members. The Association provides a range of services designed to support its members, including advocacy on pension and retirement issues, regular webinars and presentations, and the organisation of key events such as the annual dinner and the annual general meeting. These activities foster networking, professional development and a sense of community among senior civil servants across the country.
Although its activities are national in scope, the Association's events are often held in Dublin, reflecting its central role in supporting the senior civil service throughout Ireland.
