Ireland Charter Chapter of the ICF Company Limited By Guarantee is the Irish charter chapter of the International Coach Federation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the coaching profession across the island. Its core mission is to embed coaching as a fundamental part of society, supporting individuals and organisations while driving social progress through a range of pro-bono initiatives.

Members of the chapter benefit from opportunities to deepen their coaching expertise, grow their businesses and uphold the highest professional standards through recognised credential pathways. The chapter also curates a lively programme of events and collaborations - from emotional-intelligence workshops and the Ulster University 25@25 Leadership Programme to the ICF European Global Leaders Forum, the Future Workforce Global Summit in Berlin and bespoke coaching support for regional initiatives such as the Waterford Chamber Leaders Programme.
