Each practitioner brings at least twenty years of experience and a background in senior management, ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost expertise and sensitivity. Registered with CORU and holding Garda clearance, the team acts as Guardians ad Litem, representing the views, wishes and best interests of children in court proceedings both within the Republic and for those placed outside the jurisdiction.

CAFC’s specialist portfolio includes child and family consultancy, mediation, child constancy for family‑court hearings, comprehensive parenting assessments, and forensic assessments in cases of child sexual abuse. They also conduct statutory assessments under Sections 20 and 47, providing detailed reports that inform judicial decisions.
