Trasna Productions CLG is a not-for-profit arts organisation founded in 2014 and based in Callan, Co Kilkenny. It champions the creation of inclusive, participatory artworks across all art forms, placing artists with disabilities and those experiencing social exclusion at the heart of the creative process. By developing local, national and international platforms, Trasna enables these artists to showcase and exchange their work, fostering a vibrant, socially engaged arts scene.

The company's key programmes include the development of The Powerhouse - a new multi-disciplinary cultural hub in historic Callan - and the Axis Artists Exchange, an inclusive residency partnership that links artists from KCAT Studio with peers in Leeds. Past projects such as The Bridge Street Project, Inhabitants, and the Inclusive Neighbourhoods, Enterprises and Cultural Network analysis demonstrate Trasna's commitment to cross-disciplinary collaboration, community engagement and cultural research. Working alongside a rich network of local collectives, theatres and festivals, Trasna Productions continues to create innovative, risk-taking art that enriches both the community and the wider cultural landscape.
