SPHENOID IRELAND COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Sphenoid Ireland CLG is a volunteer-run humanitarian organisation that grew out of the Irish Institute of Naturopathic Medicine's suicide-prevention work, formally established in October 2014. The charity is dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing for mothers and their families following trauma or tragedy, as well as supporting young people who display challenging behaviour.

Its core activities centre on research, training and the delivery of integrated health support, drawing on naturopathic principles and a holistic approach to mental and physical recovery. By offering specialised programmes and educational resources, Sphenoid Ireland aims to empower individuals and communities to rebuild resilience and maintain long-term wellness.

Through regular media engagements, conferences and seminars-including appearances on national radio and participation in international naturopathic congresses-the organisation raises awareness of its mission and shares best practice across Ireland. Its volunteer network continues to expand, ensuring that vital support reaches those who need it most.
