Futures in Mind Company Limited By Guarantee is a volunteer-driven mental-health charity dedicated to suicide prevention and awareness throughout Ireland. Operating on a community-first ethos, the organisation provides practical, confidential support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm, as well as for families and friends seeking guidance.

Its core services include one-to-one, group and family counselling, specialised bereavement support, and child and adolescent programmes. Futures in Mind also runs a robust education arm, delivering nationally recognised QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper Training, parenting-and-internet workshops, the STEPS programme, restorative practice sessions and the PX2 course. Recent peer-led suicide bereavement groups have been launched in Gorey, Arklow and Enniscorthy, extending the charity's reach across the southeast.

All activities are powered entirely by volunteers and public generosity, ensuring that every penny raised is reinvested directly into life-saving services and educational initiatives. By combining counselling, community outreach and targeted training, Futures in Mind strives to break down barriers, promote emotional wellbeing and ultimately save lives.
