Phoenix Gymnastics Company Limited by Guarantee is one of Ireland's leading gymnastics clubs, offering a full programme of classes for participants from six months old right through to adult learners. Operating from two state-of-the-art training centres in the Park West and Tallaght areas, the club delivers daily sessions that cater to every ability level - from complete beginners to gymnasts competing on the international stage.

The club's core services include a dedicated children's programme for ages four and up, specialised adult classes for newcomers and former gymnasts, and a competitive pathway where athletes are selected by trial or invitation. For the youngest members, Phoenix runs Open Gym, Mini Gym and Junior Gym sessions for children aged six months to four years. In addition to regular training, the club hosts seasonal events such as the Halloween Camp in late October and a range of Easter camps, plus the highly anticipated Phoenix Show 2025 for spectators.
