Laragh Heritage Company Limited by Guarantee is a community-driven heritage organisation dedicated to reconnecting the global Irish diaspora with the village of Laragh and its surrounding townlands. Working in partnership with The Gathering 2013, the group seeks to locate surviving members or relatives of families who left Laragh - some as far back as the Great Famine - and invite them, together with their friends, to experience a homecoming in Ireland during the gathering year.

The charity's core activity centres on genealogical outreach and hospitality, encouraging people to simply pick up the phone or send an email to begin the process of tracing their roots. By fostering these personal connections, Laragh Heritage helps preserve the village's social fabric and celebrates the stories of those who once lived in the historic row of workers' houses opposite the old tweed mill, of which four houses still stand today. The organisation offers a warm, welcoming bridge between past and present for anyone with a Laragh lineage.
