Shannons Hopeline is a Dublin-based charitable organisation founded by sisters Sandra and Lisa Kelleher in memory of their daughter, Shannon, who tragically died by suicide in 2012. Drawing on their personal experience, the charity provides a compassionate, confidential space for anyone facing mental-health challenges, with a particular focus on young people.

The core offering includes a low-cost counselling service delivered by a team of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, ensuring one-to-one support is accessible to those who need it most. For teenagers, Shannons Hopeline runs a six-week Mental Wellness Programme that blends fitness, nutrition advice and practical mental-health strategies. In addition, the Gift of Hope Package supplies a curated selection of items and guidance to help individuals cultivate a positive outlook.

Ambassador Christopher Connolly, known as "Get Better With Chris", shares his own recovery journey to inspire and motivate others.
