Harp Refrigerants Limited provides Ireland's complete refrigerant-waste service, handling the collection, storage and safe disposal of used refrigerants for refrigeration wholesalers and large OEMs. Operating under a Certificate of Registration from Dublin South County Council, the company runs a dedicated waste-storage facility and coordinates trans-frontier shipments to Harp International's EU-leading re-processing plant in the UK, where waste is reclaimed or destroyed in accordance with EPA guidance.

The service is built around a fleet of uniquely barcoded recovery cylinders - 7 kg (small), 20 kg (midi) and 50 kg (large) - with 750 kg drums available on request for larger projects. Cylinders are supplied on a worst-case pre-pay basis, weighed on trade-approved scales and tracked in real time, ensuring full traceability of every kilogram of refrigerant. Customers receive pro-rata credits for under-filled large and midi cylinders, and a retrospective credit after analysis of reclaimed refrigerant in the UK.
