Four Rivers Theatre Company Limited by Guarantee is a dynamic, region‑focused theatre organisation dedicated to bringing both new and classic works to audiences across the South East of Ireland. Founded to give a voice to the creative communities of Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow, the company is steered by Wexford‑born Ben Barnes, a former artistic director of the Abbey Theatre.

The company’s core activities include producing touring productions such as *My Real Life* and *Jenny Instead*, running development workshops like *Yuletide* and offering a suite of professional‑development programmes. Four Rivers also provides paid mentorships in all theatrical disciplines, a script‑submission platform for emerging playwrights, and is building a comprehensive database of artists, technicians and production staff working in the region.
