Drogheda Enterprise Hub Company Limited By Guarantee - known locally as The Mill - is a purpose-built community hub that accelerates the creation and growth of healthy new enterprises across South Louth, East Meath and the wider Drogheda region. Since opening its doors to startups in 2014, the hub now accommodates close to 50 companies, from early-stage ventures to emerging foreign direct investments, employing around 100 people.

The Mill offers a flexible suite of services designed for entrepreneurs and remote workers. Members can choose 24/7 hot-desks, a range of fully fitted office spaces (13 m² to 66 m²), and access to the Studio 92 Media Centre - a state-of-the-art podcast and vlogging studio. In addition, the hub provides mentoring, training, subsidised office rates, and sign-posting to finance sources, alongside regular events, e-learning programmes and mental-health support. By fostering a collaborative, "can-do" environment, The Mill acts as a catalyst for enterprise development, helping businesses scale quickly while enjoying a supportive, close-knit community.
