Form School Limited is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio founded by Irish international rugby player Gordon D'Arcy and fashion model-artist Aoife Cogan. Based in the city centre, the studio blends sport-driven expertise with a bohemian, artistically-styled environment, offering clients a calm, candle-lit space to de-clutter the mind and refocus on body conditioning.

The core offering centres on small-group Reformer Pilates classes, designed to deliver personalised attention and the high-level conditioning that both founders have relied on throughout their careers. Complementary programmes include Ballet Barre and Yoga sessions, each delivered in the same aesthetically pleasing setting.
