Parents Plus Company Limited by Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to strengthening family relationships and achieving the best possible outcomes for children, young people and parents. Since 1995 the charity has designed and delivered eight evidence-based parenting and mental-health programmes, ranging from universal support for all families to preventative solutions for disadvantaged households and targeted interventions for high-need families facing complex challenges.

The core of Parents Plus's work is the development of robust, research-informed curricula and the training of practitioners across community, mental-health, disability and education services in Ireland and the UK. After completing a training course, facilitators join a vibrant Community of Practice that offers ongoing mentoring, resources and peer support, ensuring programmes are implemented with fidelity and generate lasting, positive change.

Profiting from training fees and material sales is reinvested into new programme development and into subsidised training for services with limited funding, allowing the charity to extend its reach to a wide spectrum of professionals - from primary-school teachers and social workers to occupational therapists and public-health nurses - all united by the goal of empowering families and improving child and adolescent wellbeing.
