Kinsale Your Support Services Company Limited By Guarantee (KYSS) is a community-led mental-health organisation founded in 2010. Based in Kinsale and serving the surrounding towns of Bandon, Minna Bridge, Ballinspittle, Kilbrittain, Innishannon, Ballinadee, Belgooly, Riverstick and Nohoval, KYSS provides an accessible, grassroots network that promotes mental-health awareness and well-being across the region.

The charity delivers a range of informal education and support initiatives, including community talks, one-to-one sessions, a Youth Forum, summer events and an active social-media presence. Its services are tailored for individuals, families and the wider community, offering information, guidance and practical assistance that empower people to manage their mental health positively.
