Communities Creating Jobs (CCJ) is a national, voluntary shared-learning network that brings together community groups, social enterprises and other stakeholders across Ireland. By facilitating the exchange of ideas, solutions, best practices, contacts and resources, CCJ helps members avoid costly mistakes, save time and make the most of existing assets through collaboration and duplication of effort.

The organisation's core activities include a quarterly news service focused on social enterprise developments in Ireland, a seasonal e-magazine that showcases projects such as the Moate Action community initiative, and the dissemination of key information about new bodies like the Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland (SERI). Through these platforms, CCJ creates a hub of knowledge and support, enabling communities to work together more effectively and amplify their impact.
