Compass Child and Family Services (CLG) is a charitable organisation founded in 2012 that provides out-of-home care arrangements for children and young people in the care of the Irish State. Guided by the principles of Social Pedagogy, the charity works closely with families to promote effective family functioning and to support the holistic development of each child.

The service portfolio includes residential medium- to long-term care for children and young people, as well as after-care support for individuals over 18 who have previously been in state care. In addition, Compass CFS offers family-focused assistance, training programmes and specialised aid in line with the Child Care Act 1991 and the Children's Act 2001. These services are designed to foster stability, personal growth and successful transitions into independent adulthood.

Based in Killaloe, County Clare, Compass Child and Family Services serves families and young people across Ireland, delivering compassionate, professional care that prioritises the wellbeing and future prospects of every child.
