NMH FOUNDATION

The National Maternity Hospital Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to raising vital funds for The National Maternity Hospital. Its core mission is to improve women's and neonatal health by supporting research, driving innovation and championing excellence in maternity care. All proceeds are channelled directly to initiatives that help mothers and their babies thrive, arrive safely and survive any challenges they may face.

To achieve its goals the Foundation runs a variety of community-focused fundraising activities. Seasonal events such as the "Jolly Jumper's" Christmas jumper challenge, the "To Holles Street & Home" 100 km walk/run in March, and bespoke personal challenges encourage supporters to get active for a cause. It also offers birthday fundraisers, a direct-debit giving option for long-term planning, and the Pitter Patter Club for monthly donors. These programmes provide flexible ways for individuals, families and organisations to contribute to the ongoing care and research that benefit women and newborns across Ireland.
