Remcoll Limited is a purpose‑driven property group that puts social impact at the heart of its business. Operating through six specialised divisions, the company delivers a full‑cycle, “wrap‑around” service – from procurement and design to construction, management and long‑term care – with the overarching aim of providing homes for the nation.

The group’s core offerings include the development of modern, eco‑friendly social housing, the conversion of vacant buildings into one‑ and two‑bed apartments, and the creation of sustainable employment hubs that support remote working. It also designs bespoke elderly‑care and assisted‑living residences in line with the government’s “Our Shared Future” and Sláintecare initiatives, and partners with the HSE and established operators to build primary‑care centres, medical facilities and nursing homes. To date, more than 2 500 people have been housed, with another 1 000 poised to benefit from upcoming projects.
