Localise Youth and Community Service Company Limited By Guarantee is Ireland's National Youth Volunteering Programme, dedicated to empowering young people to make a tangible difference in their local communities. By offering a suite of school-based and community-group programmes, Localise provides a clear pathway for first-time volunteers to develop lifelong skills, champion inclusion and diversity, and address real-world challenges.

Key services include the Volunteering in Action Workshop, a 3-5-week introductory course delivered by teachers or adult facilitators; the Classroom to Community programme, an 8-10-week curriculum featuring online modules, lesson plans and animated videos; and Climate Justice Volunteering, which equips participants to lead grassroots projects that tackle climate-related inequalities. In addition, the National Youth Volunteering Portfolio (MyVP) records and recognises the skills and achievements gained through volunteering, supporting employability and further-education applications.

Operating across Ireland, Localise works with primary and secondary schools, youth clubs and community groups, providing ready-made templates, resources and online support to ensure every young person can experience the leadership and personal growth that comes from active community service.
