iScoil Company Limited By Guarantee is a non-profit online learning service dedicated to re-engaging young people who have left school early. Referrals are made by TESS Educational Welfare Officers for learners aged 13-16, and iScoil then provides a safe, flexible environment where each student follows a personalised learning programme that blends instructional content with one-to-one mentoring and tutoring.

The core offering is a QQI-accredited Certificate in Learning, built from six courses - four core and two optional - which students can complete at their own pace, either from home or via local blended-learning centres such as the Acorn, Warrenmount and Blackpitts sites in Dublin. Throughout the journey, mentors host live video calls, tutors give daily feedback, and a central support team remains reachable online and by phone.

By guiding learners to assemble an assessable portfolio of work, iScoil enables them to achieve recognised QQI certification and progress onto further education, training or employment, with more than 80 % of participants moving on to the next stage of their educational pathway.
