Chocolate Factory Arts Centre Limited is a vibrant creative community that has been thriving in Dublin's historic Williams & Woods building since 2012. The former chocolate-manufacturing site has been transformed into a shared space where artists, designers, musicians, photographers, up-cyclers, illustrators, graphic creators, event organisers and small-batch food and drink producers can work, collaborate and showcase their work.

The centre offers a range of flexible options for creative individuals and businesses, from affordable private studios to shared workspaces and desk-sharing arrangements. It also provides a stylish venue for exhibitions, pop-up events and private functions, making it an ideal setting for networking, brainstorming sessions or client meetings. On the ground floor, Blas Café, opened in 2014, serves seasonal food and coffee in an inspiring environment that further encourages community interaction.
