PARKDUV FARM LIMITED

Parkduv Farm Limited is a family‑run dairy operation owned by Kevin and Bernie Downing and overseen by manager Tom Carr with the assistance of James Wycherley. Based in Ireland, the farm boasts one of the country’s top EBI dairy herds, comprising 150 pedigree Holstein cows that deliver an average of 6,380 litres of milk per cow, with a rich composition of 4.60 % fat, 3.71 % protein and 547 kg of milk solids.

Beyond milk production, Parkduv is a recognised leader in bovine genetics. Over the past 15 years the herd has produced a suite of elite AI bulls—including Parkduv Mark, Magnet, Mount Everest, Daffy, Falcon, Swift, Setanta, Andes, Osorno and Magical—widely used across Irish dairy breeding programmes. The farm’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in its focus on sustainable grass production, responsible breeding practices and environmental stewardship.
