THE OASIS CENTRE

The Oasis Centre is a specialised counselling and crisis-intervention service dedicated to supporting individuals facing addiction, bereavement, suicide risk and a wide range of personal challenges. Through its Deora Counselling programme the centre offers one-to-one therapy, comprehensive assessments and emergency support such as ASIST, safeTALK and Self-Harm Awareness training for professionals, as well as dedicated suicide-bereavement assistance.

In addition to direct therapeutic work, the Oasis Centre runs an eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme, helping participants develop self-awareness, emotional regulation and lasting peace of mind. All services are delivered with a strong commitment to accessibility: fees are negotiated on a weekly basis to suit each client's financial circumstances, ensuring that no one is denied help because of cost.

Open Monday to Friday from 9 am, the centre provides a welcoming, confidential environment where clients can explore solutions, build resilience and embark on lasting change. Its affordable, client-centred approach makes professional mental-health support attainable for those who need it most.
