Cognitive Solutions Clinic Ltd. is a Dublin-based private practice that provides short-term, evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy for adults experiencing mental-health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. All therapy referrals are accepted through a GP or a qualified mental-health professional, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.

The clinic is led by Gerard J. Butcher, MSc, a seasoned therapist with extensive experience at St Patrick's Mental Health Services and St John of God Hospital. Gerard also serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Trinity College Dublin and lectures on psychotherapy at University College Dublin, bringing a strong academic foundation to his clinical work. His training includes qualifications from the Maudsley Hospitals in London and a Master of Science from the University of Surrey, complemented by research publications and contributions to textbooks on eating disorders and psychotherapy.
