Customers can manage repayments in a number of convenient ways. Payments may be made in cash to an R. & P. agent, or securely by Irish-issued debit card either over the phone or online. Each transaction is linked to the borrower's unique customer number, which appears on the inside cover of the R. & P. payment card, and is recorded on the following Saturday. Credit cards are not accepted, and only debit cards from Irish banks are supported.

In response to public-health guidance, R. & P. Credit Limited has adjusted its office hours to 10 am-1 pm Monday-Friday and 2 pm-4 pm Monday-Thursday, while agents continue to visit customers at their usual times, offering a flexible and approachable service throughout Ireland.
