Tralee International Resource Centre (TIRC) is a charitable organisation dedicated to fostering inclusion for international protection applicants, refugees and the wider international community in Tralee. Operating a welcoming drop-in centre, TIRC provides practical advice, information and a range of support services designed to help newcomers settle, thrive and connect with the local area.

Key programmes include English language classes, dedicated support for male applicants and families, and education assistance for children and adults. The centre also runs vibrant social groups and intercultural events, and offers specialised help for Roma and Ukrainian communities. Through its social-enterprise venture, The Coffee Pod, TIRC delivers a training programme for migrants while creating a cosy hub where cultures meet over coffee and homemade treats.

Funded by the EU, the Irish Government and a suite of local partners such as Kerry County Council, HSE and TUSLA, TIRC's vision is an inclusive community where everyone can flourish, and its mission is to ensure that all members of the international community have access to the resources they need to build a new life in Tralee.
