Tiddlywinks & Scallywags Limited is a dedicated early-years centre that blends the time-tested Montessori philosophy with evidence-based Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) to create a nurturing, child-centred learning environment. Founded by directors Roberta Hines and Brenda McElligott, the organisation offers a range of preschool classes-including a specialised Early Intervention programme-designed to support physical, intellectual, emotional and social development in line with the national Aistear curriculum framework.

The centre's daily routine balances play-based learning with structured activities such as letter, number and shape exploration, seasonal themes and scientific investigations, encouraging independence and self-motivation.
