A key differentiator is the iPad‑based 3‑dimensional foot‑scan, which captures an accurate digital cast of a patient’s feet in seconds, eliminating the need for plaster or bio‑foam impressions and streamlining the workflow. The digital models are sent electronically to Archway’s laboratory, where Sharp Shape CAD‑CAM technology is used to craft fully customised orthotics with precise rear‑foot, fore‑foot, arch‑fill and corrective features. All devices are made to the individual patient, with no reliance on prefabricated moulds.
