The Bright Programme is a Dublin-based team of psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists dedicated to supporting the whole community of Trinity Comprehensive School, Ballymun. Working in partnership with students, staff and school management, the programme creates a psychologically safe space that encourages self-awareness, resilience and informed decision-making within the learning environment.

Their specialist services include one-to-one student counselling, staff psychological support, professional training, organisational consultancy and a range of group interventions such as anger-management, confidence-building and emotional-regulation workshops. The team also conducts clinical assessments to secure appropriate educational and psychological provisions, advises on crisis-intervention and welfare procedures, and helps develop school policies that promote effective learning. By strengthening communication, relationship and teamwork skills across the school, The Bright Programme aims to remove emotional barriers to learning and foster equality, motivation and success for all.
