Rigpa Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee is a non-profit organisation dedicated to sharing the teachings of the Buddha through meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist wisdom. It offers a range of guided meditation sessions and courses that help participants settle the mind, develop mental contentment and cultivate lasting happiness.

The programme portfolio includes weekly "Time to Meditate" sessions in Dublin, Cork and online, an eight-week "Finding Peace and Happiness" course, and specialised workshops such as Kum Nye (Tibetan yoga) and deeper explorations of Buddhist philosophy. Events are run in partnership with local centres-including the Avila Carmelite Centre in Dublin, Rigpa Athlone, and the North Coast online hub-providing both in-person and virtual access for practitioners across the country.
