MJ Ryan Farm Limited is a third‑generation, family‑run enterprise based in Ballinlough, Kells, Co. Meath. Since 1928 the Ryan family has cultivated some of Ireland’s finest agricultural land and built a reputation as a Bord Bia‑approved farm and premium on‑farm butcher. Their operation spans the entire “farm‑to‑fork” chain, ensuring that every cut of beef, lamb or pork is reared, processed and delivered with the highest standards of animal welfare and consistent quality.

The farm specialises in a wide range of handcrafted meat products, from 100 % Irish beef burgers and minimum‑28‑day‑aged steaks to succulent rack‑of‑lamb, lamb cutlets and traditional black‑ and white‑puddings.
