The Raphoe Diocesan Pastoral Centre is a charitable company limited by guarantee that provides a welcoming, faith‑inspired hub for individuals, families and communities across the Diocese of Raphoe. Operating under the patronage of Msgr Kevin Gillespie, the centre delivers a broad spectrum of support services and educational programmes designed to promote personal growth, mental wellbeing and spiritual development.

Key offerings include professional counselling for adults and young people (aged 5‑17), family and bereavement care, and specialised “Rainbows” programmes for children coping with loss or separation. In addition, the centre runs pastoral development initiatives, support groups, personal‑development workshops, mental‑health support, and a range of diocesan faith and education programmes. These services are delivered in partnership with Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, the Donegal Education and Training Board, the Department of Social Protection and Donegal County Council.
