South East Physio Limited is a dedicated physiotherapy practice serving the South‑East of Ireland, with clinics in Wexford and Gorey. Their mission is to help people move freely and live fully by treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than merely addressing symptoms. The team works closely with patients’ medical providers to deliver evidence‑based care that encourages early self‑management and, when appropriate, referral to group rehabilitation programmes.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy for acute and chronic joint or muscle problems, sports‑injury rehabilitation, pre‑ and post‑surgical care, and specialised support for neurological conditions. A distinct women’s health service, led by Miriam, covers pre‑ and post‑natal care, pelvic‑girdle pain, urinary incontinence and related issues, and also assists men following prostatectomy. In addition, South East Physio runs a fully equipped Clinical Pilates studio—the first of its kind outside Dublin—providing reformer, Cadillac, chair, ladder barrel and other equipment‑based classes for injury recovery, balance, mobility and strength, with sessions led by experienced instructors.
