AIRE SAFETY TRAINING LIMITED

AIRE Safety Training Limited is the national hub for horse‑riding centres and schools across Ireland. Its core mission is to support members – from beginner riders to seasoned professionals – by providing a comprehensive suite of resources that enhance safety, welfare and the overall quality of equestrian provision.

Through AIRE’s network, members gain access to more than half a million euros of funding distributed over the past five years, alongside dedicated educational grants for courses such as British Horse Society (BHS) qualifications, Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) programmes, first‑aid and therapeutic riding training. The organisation also promotes each centre on its website with a bespoke page showcasing facilities, images and editorial content, and keeps members up‑to‑date with the latest safety‑training listings, regional networking events and annual professional development courses.

AIRE represents its members at national level, holding seats on Horse Sport Ireland boards and liaising with bodies such as the Department of Agriculture, HSI, BHS and the Irish Pony Club on issues ranging from insurance and road safety to equine welfare and child protection. By uniting riding centres under one collaborative umbrella, AIRE ensures that Irish equestrian activities remain safe, well‑funded and continuously improving.
