The Fennel Shed is a long-standing haven for patchwork lovers, offering more than twenty-five years of expertise to both beginners and seasoned quilters. Run by Gaye Grant, who has been designing and making her own quilts since her teenage years, the company combines a passion for teaching with a keen eye for design, helping customers create beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

The Shed's product range includes ready-to-go quilt kits, a curated selection of patterns and a refined collection of high-quality fabrics, all chosen to inspire creativity and simplify the quilting process. In addition to retail, The Fennel Shed organises "Stitching by the Sea" holiday workshops in the scenic village of Mullaghmore, Co. Sligo. These two- and four-day retreats provide en-suite accommodation, meals, tuition and all essential materials, allowing participants to work at their own pace while enjoying the stunning views of Donegal Bay.
