Cku - Centre for Counselling and Therapy Company Limited by Guarantee is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing comprehensive mental-health support through both face-to-face and online modalities. Guided by an individual-centred philosophy, Cku tailors each therapeutic plan to the unique history, needs and resources of the client, ensuring a personalised route to wellbeing.

The centre offers a wide spectrum of services, including individual psychotherapy for anxiety, depression and personality disorders; specialised programmes such as the POP (Programme Ograniczania Picia) for harmful drinking, SMART Recovery and group therapy for addiction, co-dependence and trauma (DDA/DDD). Family, couples and child-adolescent therapy, as well as internal family systems (IFS) and sexology consultations, are also available. In addition, Cku runs regular workshops, psycho-educational webinars and social-skills training for women, men, parents and the wider community, with a strong focus on prevention and early intervention.
