DUBLIN WELFARE SOCIETY COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The Dublin Welfare Society (DWS) is a voluntary charitable organisation founded in 2011 to meet the cultural and religious needs of Ireland's Muslim community. Working from Dublin, the Society's ethos centres on empowerment and facilitation, delivering a range of community-focused projects that are each run under separate business names with dedicated committees and volunteers.

Key initiatives include the Irish Muslim Cultural Centre, which provides a hub for cultural activities; Peace Mission Ireland, promoting inter-faith dialogue; Discover Islam Ireland, aimed at improving public understanding of Islam and dispelling common misconceptions; Muslim Sisters of Eire, which empowers Muslim women across the country; and the Tawheed Centre in Waterford. Through these programmes, DWS offers education, support and a platform for community engagement, helping to foster a more inclusive and informed society for all.
