Amach! LGBT Galway is a community-development organisation dedicated to creating a socially just, equal society for the LGBTI+ community in Galway city and county. Its vision is for LGBTI+ people of all ages and backgrounds to be visible, valued and empowered, while its mission advances equality, social justice and human-rights advocacy.

The charity delivers a wide range of services, including awareness-raising, educational and training events, workshops and health programmes. It runs regular support groups, drop-in sessions and social activities that provide a safe, welcoming space for individuals to meet peers, share information and build confidence. Amach! LGBT Galway also acts as a focal point for advocacy, representing the interests of the LGBTI+ community with local authorities and other stakeholders.

Operating from the Teach Solais LGBT+ Resource Centre, the organisation brings together volunteers, partners and funders to foster community empowerment, belonging and integrity across the region.
